These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the v2332 platform and all its services. 3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

v2332 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method that has been verified on the account.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total playing balance of ৳3,000
• ৳6,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total playing balance of ৳11,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to bonus funds. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus total. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• The expiry of any bonus will be stated in the detailed terms of the relevant promotion.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• In the event of bonus abuse or manipulation, v2332 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• v2332 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without notice.

The v2332 VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback is paid at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression is based on your regular playing pattern and activity. Each cashback payment may carry specific wagering requirements, which will be communicated separately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v2332 platform:

• Opening multiple accounts or managing another person's account
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Hacking, malware, or any other technical manipulation
• Attempting to fix or manipulate game outcomes
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other members
• Using bots, scripts, or automated playing software
• Using the v2332 name or brand identity to deceive third parties

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action if necessary.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A confirmation number will be issued when a bet is accepted successfully. v2332 reserves the right to void any bet due to technical issues or obvious errors.

7.2 Odds Changes

If the odds change after a bet has been confirmed, the odds at the time the bet was accepted will remain valid. However, bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.

7.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake on that event will be refunded. If a match is not completed within the specified time, the bet may be voided — the applicable rules in such cases will be determined in accordance with the relevant sport's regulations.

• Service interruptions caused by technical issues
• Losses caused by internet connection failure
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own cybersecurity failure

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali and the Bengali version is the governing version. Translations into other languages may be provided for convenience only, and in the event of a dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable promotional terms together constitute the entire agreement between v2332 and the user. Any prior oral or written understandings or agreements are superseded by this document.
